CUSTOMER CARE
We do not do refunds. We offer exchanges for store credit on returns within 14 days of receiving any products minus the shipping fees. Customer must contact the boutique by sending an e-mail within 14 days of receiving. The product must be unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for any return shipping. If you would like to cancel an order, we will cancel for store credit as long as the shipping label has not been created.
